Where will our sessions take place?

I offer UK-wide online and telephone counselling, face-to-face sessions in Dunoon.

How much does it cost?

​

My fee is £45 per session, payable through bank transfer or in cash.

​

How long do sessions last?

​

Each session is around 50 minutes though the first session may take a bit longer.

What will happen in our first session?

 

I consider our first session to be a stand alone session where you can express what brings you into counselling and also ask any questions you may have about me and about the counselling, and whether it feels like a good match between what I'm offering and what you're looking for.

 

It will also give you the chance to experience how I work and think about whether you would like to continue with me.

How many sessions will I have?

​

If you decide to continue after our initial session I will usually offer four to six sessions in the first instance which for some people may be enough.

 

Others may require a much longer period of working together which will be reviewed on a regular basis to make sure you are getting from the sessions what you are looking for.

What happens if I decide to go ahead with a session?

​

I know it's hard to make that first step but if it feels right to you - trust yourself and get in touch, I'd like to hear from you.
